“I have been sober for 5 years now with either Fernando Grabner, or his Associate at his previous clinic. I’ve never faltered from the plan or broke my sobriety. Until the last 2 weeks, I believed our Provider/Patient relationship was a good one. I’m not much of a talker due to my social anxiety, but even so he kept good notes to keep updated on my life, and worked with me after I had lost my health insurance. Now, the last 2 weeks have been worse than when I first became sober, since I was under a Provider’s care then. I am supposed to be now, but the last 2 weeks I’ve had to endure being without important medications that I can’t just stop, but have been forced to by lack of communication. Here is a timeline. 8/28/26: Spoke with the call center to reschedule my upcoming appointment Friday 9/4 to the next available Tuesday. I have a new job and can’t ask for time off, this was when I received the month’s days I have off. His next available Tuesday was 9/29 which I took. So I asked them to send a message to my Provider for a Bridge refill until then. 8/29-9/1: This is how long it took to finally get my medication sent to the pharmacy after phone tag, and no clear communication of what was happening. 4 days feeling worse than I have since my initial sobriety. 9/4: I fill my prescription in small quantities since I don’t have insurance and it’s expensive. I called my pharmacy to fill more after my bf was paid, and it was cancelled by my Provider! What he already approved, he cancelled. So this being a long weekend, yet again I will go through the same feelings for at least 3 more days. I never received a message or call why, or that it was going to happen. I’ve also been on my Portal and see that I don’t even have an appointment for 9/29/26! So I’m not sure where the lack of communication is happening. This was never an issue for years, sobriety was going well. Being off and on medications that you can’t just stop, is not good for it. Especially when I did nothing wrong. I called before I ran out, I rescheduled my appointment. How am I to know this person either failed in doing their job, or something else happened?! 9/8: As of now, I still haven’t heard back from my Provider Fernando Grabner. I don’t know what’s going on there, but if you’re trying to get sober, just know this could happen to you, even after years of doing everything right. Oh, and I was charged $150 for my appointment I had already canceled. 2 stars because Fernando Grabner helps when messages actually get through, and it’s not his fault the call center didn’t do their job and reschedule me.”

“NP Weston and tech David were absolutely amazing throughout my entire care at Bella Vida TMS in Gilbert. I came in skeptical about the time commitment of TMS, but I’m really glad I stuck with it. It helped. My sleep improved and overall I feel like I’m coping better. When I did the Spravato sessions, the team was consistently supportive and present — that made a real difference. The only things I’d flag for future patients: if I were doing it again I would skip the personalized TMS. I was initially told visits would be $50, but the personalized version was $70 (reality was regular visits were only $25 ). Over 35+ visits that adds up. I’m not convinced the 2-minute spot EEGs and adjustments made a meaningful difference, and they took away from the overall experience a bit. The billing department also gave the pharmacy the completely wrong insurance information, which delayed care. Even with those issues, the clinical team (especially Weston and David) and the results I got keep this a solid 5 stars for me.”
