“I absolutely love this wellness clinic. I was sent here after I had a stroke and I am so thoroughly happy that I found them. The staff is amazing; very accommodating and very kind. They are like walking into your family who just open their arms for you. I love Mary who is my psychiatrist. She has specialized in the past with stroke patients so she’s very knowledgeable. She does not push medications, but she very thoughtfully listens to you and then recommends what she thinks. This clinic is truly a wellness clinic. They treat the whole body more holistically, than with just medicines. I love the redlight bed; so soothing, relaxing and healing. Although I am not particularly using it for this… the old age spots and scars are diminishing! Highly recommend!”

“STEER CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE! I read the reviews about this place and decided to still give it a chance. The front office staff is extremely unprofessional, on my first visit another patient came into the lobby and instead of them calling the patient up to the window to discuss private matters about previous bills and payments, the receptionist starts yelling out across the lobby while the patient is seated next to me discussing private information and making me uncomfortable. This was the first time I began second guessing if I should be a patient there, from there on it was downhill. I then saw Hyrum and did a very detailed intake visit and it took about 1 1/2 hours which at first felt great feeling like someone was truly taking time with me and not brushing me off. During this visit which was June 24th, I spoke with Hyrum about Spravato treatment and how I had went through the rigorous process of getting approved for FMLA leave and how important it was to me to be prepared for this so that I can make the most out of my leave which would be beginning July 6th, while talking to Hyrum he didn’t really seem to listen. For example, I explained FMLA leave plans and times and later on in the visit he stated he thought I said my psychiatrist was going on FMLA leave which really took me off guard. This visit was planned before starting leaving so the office could hopefully submit prior authorization paperwork for Spravato treatment and then a follow up appointment was scheduled 2 weeks later in hopes that at that time the prior authorization would have been approved and we could then schedule treatments. During that visit Hyrum also wanted me to start another medication for mood stabilization and on the third day of the medication I discontinued due to severe adverse reactions and contacted the office that following Monday during normal business hours and was forced to leave a voicemail trying to reach out about potential withdrawal symptoms as I began to feel very ill and almost passed out at works along with high blood pressure and heart rate. Tuesday comes along and no one called me back about my voicemail so I called about at about 4:00pm and got through to the front office staff, I explained what was going on and stated I reached out the previous morning and left a voicemail and no one got back to me, the receptionist then had the audacity to let me know “it was a Monday and was busy, so we don’t prioritize voicemails.” Are you kidding me? Hyrum called me hours later around 6pm and we discussed the medication and he stated there was no chance it was withdrawal symptoms because I only took the medication for 3 days so I felt completely disregarded. I came back for my two week follow up and asked about the status of the treatment and forms to find out it had never been submitted. At this point I had began my leave which I wouldn’t have if I had known I wasn’t going to begin treatment yet. I had to follow up about any follow through with insurance and treatment on the way out the door while Hyrum was wanting me to schedule another follow up appt in 4 weeks at which time I should have started treatment otherwise would’ve walked out the door without any actual paperwork being submitted because Hyrum then grabbed someone else to have me fill out forms in the lobby before leaving. Again, frustrated for the lack of attention to detail and just patient care. Another week goes by so I’m now in the second week of August and haven’t heard anything. Every time I reached out to the office I kept getting answers that the medication should be being shipped and they are contacting the pharmacy but now I have been 5 weeks into my leave and still have not started treatment. I switched offices and they have already gotten the medication shipping out today, took half a week to get done what had taken this office over 6 weeks. Lack of compassion, empathy, and basic patient care.”

“I have received 2 - 2 free session cards that allowed me to try two out of six different services available at Unchained. I have done the cold plunge, hydrogen therapy, compression suit, and the infrared sauna. Each of them was unique in their own way and offer different benefits. I would say the compression suit was certainly my favorite so far. I also want to say the staff was always welcoming and caring from the moment I arrived to when I left.
